Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

A. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Digital Assistant Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, management, execution & optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to build the Guardian brand, engage customers, and drive growth. This role requires a strategic and analytical marketer with hands-on expertise in digital tools and campaign management.

 

1. Digital Marketing Plan & Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with brand goals and business objectives by quarterly and monthly.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across key channels, including: Social media platforms, Email marketing, Display advertising (web, app, social), SEO/SEM, KOL, Affiliate and CRM. Oversee campaign budgets to maximize ROl while meeting campaign objectives.
2. Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs (e.g. social post engagement, website traffic, conversions, app download…). Use advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and continuously optimize for better performance.
  • Work closely with Online Marketing to input for design ads and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to continuously improve key metrics.
  • Evaluate customers behavior across digital channels and touchpoints, leveraging insights to enhance user journeys and optimize engagement.
  • Work with Data team to create detailed reports and dashboards.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate and manage agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively
  • Work with Ecommerce team to define monthly KPI and metrics to drive online & market place sales.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for digital growth.
4. Content & Social Media Management
  • Design, build, and maintain an engaging brand social media presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high user engagement.
  • Manage social content executive to develop creative to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.

 

B. REQUIREMENT:

  • University Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing for Retail brands related to cosmetics, skincare, beauty care, personal care, fashion retails or Fast-paced start up
  • Proven tracking record in Digital growth for business.
  • Strong understanding of web, digital platforms principles and user experience
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio…)
  • Problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.\
  • Experience managing budgets and working with content and design teams
  • Results-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Good knowledge of social media trends, latest creative digital formats, Adobe Photoshop and video editing software is a plus
  • Knowledge about Digital Marketplaces platform is a plus.
  • Other projects as assigned by line manager.
