E-Commerce Executive (Marketplace)
A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotion Management:
- Implement promotional activities on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) in a timely and accurate
manner according to the campaign calendar.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure
alignment and seamless execution of commercial strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns
Assortment Management:
- Manage listing of new SKUs across multiple stores (Shopee HCM, Shopee HN, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) on each marketplace to drive organic traffic
and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and resolve listing issues, including those that violate platform policies, to maintain store health and
compliance.
- Ensure all listings are up-to-date and aligned with product availability, brand guidelines, and seasonal
campaigns.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to standby and support during evening hours or weekends on campaign days (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12,
Payday Sales, Mega Campaigns).
- Experience with livestreaming, content creation, or basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
