A. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with forwarder, service provider, 3rd party to import the Own Brand, Exclusive Brand products

• Arrange booking & pick up at overseas factories to Vietnam port.

• Purchase Insurance for each import shipment.

• Prepare, collect & check necessary documents (Sales Contract, PO, B/L, packing list, Invoice, C/O, license...) and

  send to the customer's broker for customs clearance.

• Arrange the trucking of import shipments from the port to DC.

• Work with the relevant internal team and printing vendor to prepare the Vietnamese sub-label and work with

  Distribution Center (DC) for labeling activity.

• Prepare payments related to import shipment (including, for overseas vendors; forwarders; DC and label vendors; 3rd parties), and make the damage claim to the supplier (if applicable). 

• Work with a service provider, 3rd party, or non-trade procurement team to obtain the necessary import licensing/

  required documents/Notifications for imported products.

• Ensure the internal and external handling of import and export operation

• Follow import and export shipment, facilitate shipment arriving according to designed lead-time.

• Timely report on Import and Export issues (if any) to the head of the department.

• Update the state law and regulations concerning import and export, duty, and customs...

• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

B. REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.
• 1-3 years experience of retail business background or 2-3 years’ experience of other related supply chain and purchasing management
• Knowledgeable in planning systems and experience in implementing planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of Ordering System.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain, and logistics.
• Strong computer literacy / if can use Access will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in using analysis to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes.
• Good English communication both verbal and written.
• Good Collaboration, Team player with a can-do attitude.
• High responsibility and ability to work independently / Be able to work under pressure.
• Good adaptation, deadline flexibility, and quick response to short lead time.
