Responsibility:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business systems, and initiatives, and manage IT projects. 

· Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities, leading in the integration of NetSuite with other business systems. 

· Providing technical and recommendations in new IT software projects, solutions, and support, enhancing existing software 

· Investigate, and resolve software functionality, and provide troubleshooting business systems 

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, and external vendors, leading the project to be assigned to deliver high-quality solutions on time, and within budget, develop detailed project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion 

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders and end users, ensuring effective utilization of IT systems and adherence to best practices. · Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and enhancement. 

· Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials. 

· Other tasks assigned by the head of IT

Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 

· Solid project management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, technical experience especially on API, Integration, ERP NetSuite 

· Effective verbal communication and writing skills for technical audiences, IT Director, customers, and external parties
